Coach Ali and coach Hank have been in the field for a long time and this gives them enough experience to deal with different conditions such as pain caused by previous injuries. They know a variety of exercises so they keep on changing them so people like me wont get bored also you workout all your body muscles evenly. Very friendly and enthusiastic attitude is another reason why I train with them and they spend every minute watching you and make sure u are doing all the moves correctly and awesome stretches before and after workout so u feel less sore . i've been training with Hank for about 2 months now and i can say that i am very pleased by the result, Hank blends professional know-how along with dynamic exercise and a friendly attitude to help you achieve the ideal body goals that you have in mind.
Word of advice : "there is no backing out with him",as he is persistent and dynamic.. super sets along with focusing on what's the muscle(s) group of the day and keeping you in the right stances while you exercise is his forte.

Zone Fitness, This company is a life changer and Ali is one of the most professional trainers I’ve ever worked with. I started working with Ali and his team to rehabilitate a really bad ankle sprain with torn ligaments on a 300 pound man that took months to recover but soon as the doctor OK me to start exercising the injury I had no drive to do anything. After months of icing, elevation, pain killers and sony playstation I became a vegetable with horrible eating habits putting on even more fat. So I had to find an affordable trainer just to motivate me through this lifestyle change I had to take on to recover properly. Working With Ali has been amazing he took special care to my situation creating great ankle recover exercises and programs to rebuild my ankle back to proper strength....

I was a guy who wanted to be in shape so desperately because I was always fat. I worked out with many personal trainers, costing me literally $8000. But they all failed to give me the results I wanted. I haven’t worked out in a while so I was scared when I joined my first bootcamp with Ali. First day was a benchmark test and I was so sore afterwards. It was a great analysis of what I really needed work on. I could see a very noticeable change in my fitness level by the 3rd week in, which is saying a lot since the bootcamp I attended was just once a week! Coach A was a tremendous part of my improvement as he gave lots of encouragement during the sessions and congratulatory high fives whenever I was able to reach another small milestone!
