The Zone Fitness trains athletes or aspiring athletes as young as 8 with no upper age restriction. We have trained young athletes with age-appropriate training programs for years.
The Zone Fitness training program is carefully designed by a registered personal trainer, certified and qualified in Sports Specific Periodization. A fully periodized training routine enables the body to transition through different phases of training (strength, hypertrophy, endurance, power) smoothly and use gains in one phase and improve performance in the other.
